I purchased a replacement SkyHD+ box from Chigwell through Amazon, the box would not connect to my Wifi no matter what I tried, I rang and spoke to Richard at Chigwell, he talked me through several processes to try and resolve the problem, however none worked so he arranged for a replacement box to be sent that day.
