This is such a fantastic salon. My mum recommended it to me & I wasn't disappointed. The service was really bespoke & professional & the owners, a hard working husband & wife duo, really took their time on both of our hair. Avoidfor nails. Wouldnt give any stars if that was an option I booked through groupon for hands and feet and it was clear that the very scruffy girl did not want to do my treatment,as she told me that I should have told them that I had polish on my nails when I booked!( never had this problem before) she then said she didnt have enough remover. She started to apply the acetone to my hand the started using her phone. I asked if she was going to do my feet and she said that she only has enough to do some of the toes, she then told me that I couldnt use my phone while I had the foil on my hand , again never had this be a problem and surprised she noticed with all the texting she was doing. I decided to tell her to leave it as it was clear that she did NOT want to do the treatment. Brendan the owner of the salon just stood and watched, maybe he should man up and when there is a problem in his salon and when staff are using mobile phones in the salon he should do something.
Exceptional family business, staff care for each customer and cater for individual needs and request. Excellent hair cut and treatment. Really happy!!!
