The manager was very rude BE CAREFUL!!!!I brought the jacket to dry clean and during collection I noticed it was still stained. So left to clean it again. Picked up 2nd time, the inside material got bubbled so I asked to fix it as the jacket bought only 2 weeks ago. I COLLECTED for the 3rd time and the jacket was destroyed all bubbly inside. I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED, as he didn't take any responsibility and told me to go and speak to the jacket maker so they issue me a refund!!! How normal is he??!!!BtW jacket DKNY
