30yr builder-Firstly I've never been to an osteopath before (I'm usually the kind of guy who "enjoys" toughing it out) however this time I really was in a bad way and turned to my old friend Google for some answers.Last week I injured my lower spine during an ice skating session which by the next day left me almost unable to walk with great pain and numbness in my legs. As I go away to Sweden to play ice hockey on Friday I was panicking that all my preparation had gone to waste and that I would not be able to go. I was seen the very next day and regained the ability to walk with little pain today was my second session and I'm almost skipping out of the practice. To anyone like me who tends not to believe in this kind of therapy I can assure you this guy knows his craft well. Thank you so much.
