"No, its Christmas", (28th Dec on a weekday) is not what you want to hear when your Ground floor home has water pouring through the ceiling. Absolutely rude person and awful telephone manner. (Obviously being able to charge 150 an hour at this time of year is not enough for him). At least try turning down potential customers that have chosen to offer you the business, in a polite and maybe sympathetic way. Also I only live minutes away which made it worse.Up until now, I never knew that plumbers had such an attitude, but this was the worst out of all the ones that I called to try and help during that night. (I never did get a plumber in the end). Don't even think about forking out your hard earned money on this selfish, person. Don't register yourself as a 24hr plumber if your not a 24hr plumber!MERRY CHRISTMAS!
