Unhelpful staff and long lines
Service is normally slow, does get packed inside really quickly due the lack of tills open which does get frustrating. Although the girl who works there is much more helpful!

One of the worst post office. Staff think they own the postoffice and it needs to be looked immediately. They demand customers to do what they think is right. I would prefer Barkingside one instead.
Went in on Monday 3.pm to send off a parcel. After waiting 40 mins finally served by a female staff. No manners, incredibly rude and obnoxious behaviour. This post office used to have polite and well mannered staff. I will be using My Hermes or yodel as of now. This post office is the best place to go if you want to be treated with disrespect.
