There are scammers they charge you 250 for referencing with a company named rent4sure and at the same time they do the same with more and more people they rush you into paying those non refundable fees (they surely have their cut ) then we notice the house was off the market days later It took weeks for rent4sure to answer us Was just an effective way for them to make 250 (or more) on a property they already let Edit I will answer to you here I didnt send a single email Abusive or not. we actually found a home way before you guys gave us an answer because I was suspicious of your wrongdoing from the beginning I didnt go to visit the flat my wife went it was supposed to be 900 a month but without her asking the agent (Johnny) told her he will let it for her 850 (how strange ) and that she can move in the in the week . That made me very suspicious And to let you know my wife and I both (individually) earn to pay that rent lol .
