I was so grateful that they were able to fit in my MOT for our car and that we had a clean bill of health. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Got 2 cars this year. Despite asking if vehicles were ex display or ex rental we were told they were not. We only realised on the second purchase when on way home looked at service history and one stamp was from AVIS. I called AVIS and they confirmed both vehicles were their rental vehicles. I got a refund on the second vehicle and Ben the manager wouldn't do anything about the one we purchased back in May. So BEWARE ! when buying used from GATES.
