Asked to arrange for test drive of 2 cars but red tape allowed only for one. In the freezing temperature, we cant be bothered to be processed another time for the 2nd car. Will think about Volvo again, maybe in future.

I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their cars.The recent sales process, including the part exchange, went very smoothly and all the paperwork was easily completed. I am just amazed at the amount of paperwork required, especially in a "so call paperless society".
Found the dealership at Chigwell friendly and helpful.Although we were buying a second hand Volvo I felt the time spent with us was comparable to us buying a brand new car.We had a long test drive and the handover with features explained was very informative and I felt confident to drive home to Suffolk.
Online purchase which was a better experience than expected. Spotted nearly new V60 D4 with 2k in their sale at what I thought was a good price. It was a replacement for my 2.4 V60 which only had 42k but was 5 years old although in super condition. Had all kinds of concerns about not seeing the car and possible problems with part exchange. Need not have worried . Their salesman Sam was great and a good negotiator although he had only been there a few months. There was loads of scanning of documents and electronic signing which Sam executed quickly inside 1 day. Part exchange value was fair and car was delivered with no problems. Experience is always personal but based on this purchase I would trust this company and recommend them to others
The Showroom is absolutely stunning, the cars are in superb condition and easy to discover by going around and of course having a seat inside. Staff are very welcoming and not too pushy and are able to understand your need before trying to sell anything. Also you are not rushed once on the selling process, you just need to know when to decide and make the right decision, and don't be worried if you need cofee or tea or not childcare to help your new decision on purchasing a Volvo, you will be able to grab on of the best cofee pods on the market... In terms of Car selection, the selection is good and if your exact model is not in well you may be lucky as outside there is quite a large selection of used cars as well. So in summary, it is a great place to buy a new car and obviously a Volvo so quality of the car is aligned to the quality of the showroom and the staff.
