Sometimes very very busy, can never get through on the phone but their online appointment service is amazing and saves countless phone calls, time and energy. Although would be great if you could book nurses appointments online as well. The wait times for appointments is quite long, but this isnt their fault and shows the strain on their resources. Despite this, the staff are helpful and approachable.Opening hours are extremely frustrating as they are only open during working hours and Saturday mornings.All GPs are very friendly and always make me feel very at ease and listened to.Dr Tahir is particularly attentive and makes me feel at ease no matter what the reason for my visit. He is an outstanding doctor I cannot hold him in high enough regard. Dr Thompson is also a very attentive doctor and very helpful.
Not all that great,wide selection of doctors however..when their there...Reluctantly tend not to listen to you throughly,very quick to offer painkillers and forms of anti-inflammatory medication...Abismal time keeping,no matter what time your appointment is you will be seen at least 15-20mins after

Good doctors. Has an great appoitment systemEasy to get an appointment within the week, hard however if it has to be after 3pm, but can be easy. Offers blood tests to over 16's
