Disgusting surgery. Staff are rude and intimidating...Can never get through to make an appointment All the GP,s Ive seen have been unsympathetic and time your appointment with a stop watch!I only go when necessary, and normally have more than 1 complaint, as its easier for me to try and fit everything in one go. I too, have to book time off work to attend the surgery, hoping to be seen. I would never recommend this practice to anybody
Tracy..Vienna..Lisa are very kind and good.. though waiting time is like 20 to 25 minutes staff is good..doctrs are very good specially doctr Subhani and Dr Ishaaq except Dr Sahar..she is very rude even with kids..
unreliable. inconsistency in care . the only GP who thoroughly examined me was Dr Sahr who unfortunately has left and is a great loss to me and to this practice . I am changing my Gp.
Dr Subhani (think that is correct spelling)has been absolutely fantastic to me.She is very kind and caring, and listens to what you have to say.Really happy I found her :)
The new computer based appointment system for a telephone consultation with a doctor is easy to use and efficient. Good doctors and support staff. I would recommend the practice to anyone.
